Hurts like heaven, day whatever
I know I haven’t done a very good job of posting these. But I have done them every single day. Not as well as I had hoped - many off days from my gym schedule end up just being pushups and v-ups and wall sits. I’m not happy with that. But it still is something, I still do enough that it gets to me, so it counts. And I’ve done it every single day. So, whatever.
